Setting the foundation for your recovery

Your guide to appointment preparation, insurance, and expert health insights.

Your first visit

What to expect: Your first appointment includes a comprehensive initial assessment to ensure we tailor the treatment to your specific needs.

  • Health history: A discussion of your current symptoms, past injuries, and overall health goals.

  • Physical exam: A movement-based assessment to evaluate your posture, mobility, and the specific area of discomfort.

  • Treatment: We will begin hands-on therapy and provide you with an initial care plan or home exercises to get you started.

What to wear: Please wear loose, comfortable clothing (such as athletic shorts, a t-shirt, or a tank top). This allows you to move freely during the session and gives us easy access to assess and treat the injury site.

Insurance information

Coverage: Our services (osteopathy and athletic therapy) are covered by most major insurance providers under paramedical services.

Receipts: We provide official receipts for all treatments for your insurance claims.

Accepted payment methods: Credit, debit, e-transfer, and cash.

Please check with your specific provider regarding your plan's coverage details.
